Role within Bluechips
In Bluechips, our customer facing roles cover both customer acquisition and retention. Our Business Development section of Sales and Marketing produces content, analyses the market and guides our new customer strategy while our Key Account Managers play the pivotal role of managing the daily and strategic activities of our existing accounts.
Managing an account for an EMS requires good organisation, good understanding of the supply chain and proactive relationships with the operational teams. Our Account Managers are the customer’s window to Bluechips and have to reward the trust that they have placed in our company.
