Role within Bluechips

With every electronic product beginning in Development, it is important to make sure this is done correctly and according to customer specifications. By offering in-house development or software, firmware and hardware, our team of engineers must work well together to develop turnkey products and transition them smoothly through prototyping, NPI and serial production. Our ability to develop both the PCBA and box-build elements of our products means that cross-functional communication is key.
The Automation team ensures that production processes are being optimised in terms of accuracy, throughput and repeatability and that our production floor is as future-proof as possible.
Our IT & SAP teams make sure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently in the background, enabling streamlined work for the entire team. Our SAP team, in particular, are charged with continuously developing our system to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
