In contrast to many of our competitors, Bluechips offers much more than simply the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards. Instead, we take great pride in being able to provide full-product services.
Thanks to our cabling, plastic molding, and mechanical workshop capacities, we can deliver a fully finished product back to you or directly on to your customers. Our highest priority while doing so is of course quality. That is why we implemented ongoing testing into our production lines and even before production, starting with our Incoming Quality Control department.

PCBA
As a modern EMS company, having state-of-the-art machinery is essential for our customers. Our production floor includes five SMT lines with modern Fuji NXT lines and high-precision Samsung Pick and Place, Full Tunnel Nitrogen Double Wave Solder and Selective Wave Machines for each SMT line as well as Vapour Phase Soldering Machinery, Multiple Reflow Ovens and Die Bonding Machinery. As a result, we offer full capabilities on everything from PCB cleaning and inspection to box build assembly and laser marking. Alongside having the best machinery available, Bluechips has a multi-national team of experts to make sure that our equipment is running at maximum efficiency and without unnecessary downtime.

Cable assembly, plastic molding and metalwork
We take great pride in offering our customers to completely manufacture their products. Thanks to our capabilities, we can not only do PCB assembly but also cable and housing assembly. Within the last years, significant investment has been made into our cable, mechanical and plastic injection possibilities. Our in-house capabilities now include cable and harness assembly, CNC milling, Metalwork, Laser Marking and Screen Printing. The Trumatic 1000 machine was our biggest investment and enables metal punching, forming and threading. Additionally, we are happy to offer Plastic Molding, Power Coating and Pad Printing.

Testing & QA
When you partner with a contract manufacturer, you are trusting your supplier with a huge responsibility. We treat your electronics as if they were our own and make the quality of our production the top priority at every stage of working together. Our customer retention has been a key factor in the growth of Bluechips and our approach to high-quality production is one of the main reasons that customers continue to put their trust in Bluechips as their product lines continue to grow. Around 20% of the Bluechips team work directly in either the Quality Assurance or the Testing department. The result of that is a highly trained and determined team who enable us to maintain our quality standards at every stage of our production process. We do not only offer the testing of samples during R&D as well as functional testing and quality assurance at various steps within the production line, but we also test incoming materials before they even enter our production floor. Even when faults occur, our team can analyze these and rectify the issues in collaboration with the customer.
